Shipping cost:
To obtain a shipping cost, place an item in the shopping cart. Click on the link "Estimated Shipping Charges" this will open a window where you can input your shipping address. Please be sure to include the city and state along with the zip code. You will have a choice of FedEx or USPS delivery and express delivery.
Shipping info:
At this time we only ship to the United States and Canada.
We ship by FedEx or you may opt for shipment by United States Postal Service (USPS), with the following exceptions:
APO, FPO and PO Box orders will recieve their order by USPS Priority Mail.
Alaska and Hawaii residents will recieve their orders by USPS Priority Mail.
Canadian orders will ship by either FedEx or Global Express Mail. Additional customs, duties, taxes, brokerage and local fees may apply for Canadian orders.
Shipment Time:
Shipment times are based on "business days" and do not count the day it ships. For example, if you order 2nd day air on Thursday morning, your package will arrive on Monday.
Most express orders placed before 12 Noon Eastern Standard Time will ship that day, unless extended delivery time is displayed on product web page.
All Ground orders are shipped within 1-3 business days, unless extended delivery time is displayed on product web page.
Some items are shipped from the manufacturer and will take extra time for delivery. You will be informed of any delays.
Tracking Your Order:
You will receive an email when your order ships. You may also Log-In to your account to check the status of your order.
Charging your credit card :
Your credit card will not be charged until the day products ship.
If your order is shipping from the manufacturer it will be charged the day the order is sent to the manufacturer.
